Correct an answer
If an answer is wrong, you say so with the thumbs down. Your device follows your correction from then on, and if you like, it helps everyone.
From thumbs down to correction
- Click the thumbs down under the answer.
- In the field “Was hat nicht gepasst?” (what was wrong?), write in a few words what was wrong, for example “wrong place” or “opening hours are not right”.
- Below it, write how it should have been. This is optional, but it helps most.
- Choose who may read it: only KIplatz, all members without your name, or nobody.
- Click “Absenden” (send).
Tip
It is best to write a whole sentence, the way it should have read: “The outdoor pool is open from 9 am to 8 pm.”
First for you, then for everyone
Your suggestion becomes a correction. Your PC follows it from now on, even if you send it to nobody.
If you send it to the community, another device checks it against the house rules. After that it applies to everyone, and every night it becomes part of the test questions in the exam.
| You choose | Who reads it | What it applies to |
|---|---|---|
| only KIplatz | we do | your PC; we see what was wrong |
| all members | everyone, without your name | everyone, after another device has checked it |
| nobody | nobody | only your PC |
Good to know
A fixed way of writing, such as “always short and with a list”, is better set as a skill. How that works is under Create skills.
The thumbs up counts too
It shows that everything was right. Both thumbs count without a name and show whether KIplatz is getting better.
How KIplatz writes and what the marks behind the sentences mean is under How the AI answers.
