Did you find a weakness at KIplatz? Thank you for telling us first.
Reporting in three steps
- Write to support@kiplatz.at with the subject "Sicherheit" ("security"). Please keep it confidential: not in the forum and not in the workshop.
- Describe what you found, where, and how to reproduce it. A short sequence of steps is enough.
- We get back to you as soon as possible, tell you what we plan to do, and let you know once the hole is closed.

What is covered
The website kiplatz.at, the forum at forum.kiplatz.at, the workshop at werkstatt.kiplatz.at, the KIplatz program for Windows and the app at kiplatz.at/app.
Not allowed
Overloading services, attacks on other websites, deceiving people, spam and any access to other members' data beyond the bare minimum.
Other people's data
If you come across other people's data, stop there and do not save any of it. Please tell us right away and we will take care of it immediately.
Our promise for good faith
Anyone who follows these rules acts in good faith as far as we are concerned. We will not take legal action against you, and we will not ask anyone else to.
We treat your report confidentially and name you only if you want us to.
Publish when it is safe
Please write about it only once the hole is closed. We take care of this as quickly as possible and let you know as soon as it is done.
After that you are welcome to report on it. If you want, those who help us are named in the news; we do not pay money for reports. What we already do for protection is described under What never happens.
A reported hole is a gift to the whole community.
